The CEEs

There are 4 College Entrance Exams (CEEs):

SAT
     --Best known of the CEEs
     --Virtually every college accepts the SAT, so virtually         every applicant for college admission takes the SAT

ACT
     --Accepted by almost all colleges
     --Not nearly as well known as the SAT
   --Many students score higher on the ACT than the SAT

SAT 2 (Subject Tests)
     --Wide diversity of usage by school
          - Some schools require, others request them
          - Most schools want 2 or 3 SAT 2s (Subject Tests)
     --Measures knowledge in a subject area

PSAT
     --Practice or Pre-SAT
     --Only offered in October
     --Best predictor of SAT score
